Project Zombie Patrol (take 2) so long 85 RC,hello 1990 RC

Post by Big Bopper Bart »

Ok,recently me and my brother went halvsies on a 85 Dodge Ramcharger,it has a .60 over Mopar 360 built with an auto and custom 1 ton springs on half ton axles. we plan on removing all the trim and painting it with camo or flat black. It already has a bad ass huge front bumper on it and a huge one will be on the back soon.Image
This is the stance we kinda want patterned after the Power Wagon from the show Simon & Simon
Image
Though were thinking of going with a lightbare kinda like what Chuck Norris had on his RC in the movie"Lone Wolf McQuade"

I'll have more pics and progress soon

Thanks Dave, next week when its in my yard I'll have much more and better shots of it. My brother and I plan on adding one tone axles and either 38's or 40 inch boggers on it so it will be a camo/mad max monster truck with military specs in the interior.

The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !

Here's some updates, The mutant shaven Gorilla is my brother btw so far we've gutted the interior, removed the grill, side and rear hatch trim and are getting ready to yank the motor to freshen it up. Soon some body work and some camo paint will be applied to the body and later on some bigger meats.

looks like it's got some nasty rust in the sills/lower guards. i love the (pointless) scoop under the hood.

a lone wolf mcquade tribute would be cool.

UPDATE:Well..we got the motor out and...Its F#@%d :'( these chrome moly pushrods Image should be a good indicator on how ruined this engine was. Seems the guy we bought it from can't build an engine worth a shit. As soon as we popped the intake and heads off it was a horror show,2 pistons made a groove in the cyl walls and everything.she's on all 4's now on 37 inch Military tires on 16.5 inch white spokes.,We did more body work to her and the engines done and will picked up from the shop soon. We removed the back bumper to get to the rot on the pass side quarter and will replace it with a tube steel bumper. I painted and reinstalled the tailites as well.We got the firewall patched where the heater core was and the interior floor hit with liner paint.most of the body is now in ODG. We also found a pass. side roll up window door and a new cowl piece to replace the old rusty dented one. Enough of the words, here's the pics enjoy!
