Hey guys,
I've been taking a look at satellite maps of our likely event site and there are a number of small trails and roads I would like to name after something related to the post-apocalypse.
3 names immediately come to mind: Anarchie Road, Fury Road, and Damnation Alley. But that's where my mind stops and there are at least 4 trails to name, possibly more.
Any ideas? I'd like to eventually make road signs and mark them for the event.

You could also name some after cast and crew... and maybe even forum members!
Miller Lane
But then again, most people might not 'get' them.

I remember some ways down south of Sydney there was old Slaughterhouse Road. Name always stuck with me.

Re: Help me name roads for Wasteland Weekend
Thanks, brokenhill, Dave & Yok. I didn't want to be too specific but I was hoping to get names that are a reference to a post-apoc film, video game, etc. Note the 3 names I have so far are complete names with "road" or "alley" in them and refer to films or memorable roads in films. Something like "Road to Perdition" or "Trail of Tears" could work if they were associated to post-apoc culture.

Not to nitpick, but shouldn't this go in the Events Section?

Re: Help me name roads for Wasteland Weekend
I thought about that, Zarana, but I wanted a broader audience - folks who are familiar with the post-apocalyptic genre in general. Whether they're interested in attending the event or not is irrelevant. This is simply an exercise in everyone's knowledge of post-apocalyptic movies and more.

larger than life and twice as ugly
Re: Help me name roads for Wasteland Weekend
I scoured the IMDB listing for films tagged "post-apocalypse" and found an obvious choice that I didn't think of: The Road. A little generic, but maybe it'll work on a sign.
Soylent, ydx7 suggested the only thing that came to mind regarding UK events.
