Vehicles at Road War 101

Hey, all, HUMVEE Driver here. Can anyone tell me if there are plans to have a parade or a display or whatever at Road War 101 next year? I've seen the pics from last year and I'd like to bring my own Mad Max-type truck. Just a beat up old pickup. I plan on trailering it out there, as it will not be road legal or even registered or insured. I plan on finding one in a junkyard that starts and stops and 'modifying' it. I will remove the hood and all the glass to make it look 'better'. And... (big breath here) I want to mount a large weapon system on the bed. Either a flamethrower or a harpoon gun. An engineer friend of mine thinks we could make either one actually work, but I am not going that far. Now, I know about all of the trouble that the Texas Twelve went through, and with that in mind I'd like to know if anyone thinks this is too much; or likely to get me arrested. As far as I know it is legal to trailer a vehicle without it being registered or anything (those who restore old cars do it all the time) But as for parking it or driving it around a little I'm not so sure. Any legal experts out there? Let me know, Dogs of War!!!
