i saw some screen shots of the PC game midtown madness 2 and i saw that it had the black interceptor, i was wondering is this a mod, or can u unlock it in the game?

it's a mod that was the only mad max car done for midtown madness i would be happy to rephrase the models i did myself for gta but i jsuth ave no time and no tools for midtwon madness 2

oh i was hoping it was built into the game because i dont know how to mods onto the game
