Interplay has stopped *giving* $$ to Black isle which was a part of there studio.Blackisle was making Fallout 3 and there are some screenshots available on the Inet.
The screens look great,and there are rumors that the production team of the fall are willing to finish the game.

They didn't just stop giving them money, Interplay fired the whole team so they can focus 100% on quick console games. There's a few screenshots of Fallout 3 over here http://www.nma-fallout.com
Silver Style, the company that's currently making The Fall (another post apoc rpg), have offered positions to ex Black Isle people and have probably been asking Interplay for the Fallout license. That's most likely as far as it's gonna go.
