It's a nice piece of kit, but it's got so much wrong with it. More like an "inspired by" car than a replica.

It's a nice lookin' motor but the spoiler wants to go back on the boot, and the scoop back on the "funny car" it came off.
Would it be an understatement to say "slightly overpriced" ?

Just a bit over the top id say on the price........
But an XC cobra it ain't.........and i dont know much german... but 12000km on the clock??? and built in 1968???
Complete with NSW number plates...

ya right even, It is a xb body shell with xc tail lights slapped in it, probably a fairmont, which makes its year of manafacture somewhere between 1973 - 1976. The spoiler is probably a fibreglass repro , so I would say its value is about 4000 bucks australian , maybe a touch more with the flash wheels, .
In short that ain no xc like you say ,,,but neither was mad max's car.

it is very overpriced for a standard COUPE, down here its only GENUINE GT's that go for that much, well i should say start at that much.
Anyone remember those clippings i posted up a bunch of months ago, showing the two ads i found in my local paper for a perfect SUPERCHARGED XB GT HARDTOP, and a 351GT XB ? well anyway, thats the price they were going for, and they were in perfect nick, and i might add one was 'really' supercharged.
But sh*t i ain't putting this car down, i think its awesome, but i'd personally turn it into a RED XA REPLICA.
