with perhaps a mild nod in the MM direction is a game called Fallout and Fallout 2 on the PC - very cool RPG in a scorched earth sort of vein... recommend it for the humour alone...

Mmmm was the game ENFORCER to show up with some strong references to the MAD MAX UNIVERSE, even Thunderdome?

Fallout 1&2 are a couple of my favorites. also worth a look is Interstate 76. More CarWars than Mad Max, but lots of fun!

I also have played many weeks at both games and enjoyed them immensely. I always liked how your Player Character looks like Max in the Leather Jacket. You feel very Cool until you come up against Power Armor. And the car is great too! Hopefully, someone will do something more in that genre more closely aligned with the MM Worlds.

in fallout2, near the beginning, you encounter a fellow with a dog who tells you of a mysterios man, "dressed in black leather" who came through years before.....if your charicter is wearing the black leather during this encounter, the dog mistakes you for his former master and joins you on your travels. his name is "Dog"

Before the ending of Fallout 2, if you continue the game, theres a city, i dont remenber where, some peoples in this city sing the most famous mad max movies song, "we dont need another hero", very cool !

I also played the Fallout games many times and enjoyed them,there are some rumors that Fallout 3 is on it,s way but when?And in Fallout 2 there is an random encounter where u will find the maltese falcon cafe?and here u will find some characters from Fallout 1, there is also a dog there and if u attack the dog Mel suddenly appears and helps his dog,kill him and u will get a very nice weapon.If u want to know anything else from Fallout just ask and maybe i can help?

I think that fallout 3 is Fallout tactics, which is a fighting game not an RPG like the first two.


A third RPG fallout would be great though.

Nevermind, I read the other posts, and you know more than I do. I loved Fallout 1&2 but tactics didn't look that great to me. I'm excited to hear that a REAL fallout 3 is in the works. I loved the continuation of the story / world from 1 to 2, that you play as your ancestor and run into places & people from the first game.

Don,t be to modest my Interdictor friend,i know some stuf from Fallout and you probably know some stuf i don,t know.There are so many things i havn,t found yet in Fallout.
