Okies folks..I sent a scanned picture of the police lights (thanks to Doug...5.7) to a company in America a while ago... he came back and told me that he believed it was made by a company called Petersons.

Well they still make the lights!!! after 20 years...

I have sent Peter a picture as i dont know how to post a picture on here...
