Always great to see new behind the scenes pics. I'm assuming this is from the Sydney interiors and not the Cape Town set? And thanks for sharing some very cool images.

Not nearly as damaged as I expected. Relatively easy for the war boys to bring the body to Razor Cola status.
Not sure the hood would be salvagable, but the nose, roof and rest of the body look OK.

Someone posted another nice pic on the Torinoceptor FB page. Hood does not quite so bad as in the other pics.

Correct me if I'm wrong , but the first few photo's are of the wrecked Interceptor on set in Sydney where most of the citadel scenes were shot . The last shot is of the stunt car on set in Africa which makes me think they are not the same car. I thought all the wrecks were sold or crushed in Africa , plus the Sydney car ( If it is in fact photographed in Sydney ) seems to be much less damaged around the roof line and quarter panels ( although shot from the other side of course )

Good point. Does not really look like the same car in the OP pics and the damage looks more like I would expect after that crash. Looks like they might have pushed the roof back up a bit?

I think they are 2 different cars. The damage that can be seen in the pictures is quite different.
The bonnet has completely different damage.
In the last picture the left front fender is completely ripped off at the door and sticking upwards. In the other pictures it isn't.
The dent on top of the right fender doesn't match in the pictures.
The nose cone is gone and the support frame is completely ripped off. In the first picture it is still on it.
The left rear fender is totally crumpled and has no original shape left. In the second picture you can see the left rear fender is still intact for how much it can be seen. The whole line from the boot until the roof.

If anyone wants to dig through the Mad Max FB group one of the guys who designed and built the interceptor shared a ton of info about it. I was on my phone so wasn't able to copy/paste it here. A huge surprise was how it originally tied in with the game and thats why it had some parts and unusual bits and pieces in the back.
