MFP Monaro

I am wanting info on Holden HQ Monaro MFP pursuit special that was stolen in the movie and the one that sat at the MFP station I'm wanting specs and facts and if I'm lucky we're is it now I hear it was a 6 then I hear it was an 8 I hear it's a 71 model then I hear it's a 72 model,
Finding facts on this model is so hard to me it's just as iconic at the interceptor can any one on here help me out and with a 2nd but if luck maybe some photos of it and not ones that are already on google any help on this topic would be much appreciated.

something i always remember watching MM was how junky that Monaro looked, looked like it was basically fit for the junkyard lol

I remember reading somewhere online that the HQ model range changed from the clear front indicators to the amber ones in 1973, but unsure of any more details,
it says here it's a 1972 model:

That's true. The white indicators and parking lights in the front bumper bar make it a 1972 model built between mid-1972 and December 1972. Starting from January 1973 cars were required to have amber indicators.

The monaro was a 6cyclinder. This is a fact. (this came from one of the mechanics on the film)
The car you see in the underground garage is the same car. It was filmed first.
It was in pristine condition when they got it and then drove it along barriers and trees etc to damage it.
Like all the other cars destroyed in the film it went to the wreckers and buried in land fill.
