It's hard to tell in the frame, but could it be that Bullet Farmer is a Bad Cop Berzerker / former MFP?

There's a photo in the vehicles thread I think of the bullet farmer and his hat and bandoliers. Looks a bit different here

Razor Cola is the name of one of the cars...which is/was possibly driven by the character of the same name?
