You're nuts!

I would watch it again at the cinema though, it's been a while. I hope they remaster it and re-release it in UHD again when Furiosa will come out later this year on home video.
Haha. Thank you, that's nice.

Even though I own a Blu-ray of Fury Road I never watched it on TV or a "small" screen. Wasn't necessary.
To my surprise there's always a showing of it here and there in my country. Germans are giant car buffs and we love "our" Mad Max 8-)

Heres another TV spot from Indonesia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGIKI-hnn0k

Yeah, I think Miller films belong to the big screen too.

I don't remember how many times I saw those at the time in 35mm, Mad Max 3 I went back again and again in 70mm even though I was a bit disappointed at the times by the film not being hard R.

Last trailer is online. For me, as bad as the other trailers.

I can't believe they mucked up the trailer campaign for this one.

The whole advertising campaign has been all over the place. There was nothing a few months ago which gave the impression WB were writing off the film but now a few weeks beforehand we have a stream of talk shows, vehicles on the streets of Hollywood, posters everywhere and even other directors coming out and praising it. I'm worried the massive marketing budget is going to make it impossible for the film to generate a profit. Maybe they are looking at it like Dune Pt 2 and are pushing it for a similar result.

2 weeks to go. I don't care if the film is a CGI fest, I'm just delighted to be back in Miller's world.

The most crucial part to its succes lies one week ahead, on May 15th, when Furiosa will 'premiere' at the filmfestival in Cannes.
Many journalists and movie critics will be there, lets hope their reactions will be positive too. I believe the review embargo also lifts next week.

Yeah, unlike Fury Road, the promo trailers have been absolute crap.

It's a bit of a mystery, let's say Trailer 1 was locked, why not get the CGI team to finish the small numbers of shots first, to make an impression?

Probably some insider stuff we don't know about.

The future of the film, and the Mad Max franchise, is now in our hands, the hands of punters and moviegoers and word of the mouth.

Hopefully, it will turn the tide over.

A Dutch short teaser trailer
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/cgimYNK0X2I
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

There are indications Furiosa will also get a release in China ;)

The following post is from Linkedin and comes from Chien Chien Chan. She's a translator and is responsible for the chinese subtitles.

I hope so! While a success there doesn't ensure a sequel(Warcraft) it could push Furiosa into profitable territory that gets a sequel green light.

The Cannes response will be positive, with some naysayers deploring the ultra-violence.

Which will be good, because it will create extra incentive to see the film.
