Got car back today, new crate motor, runs great
Took it out for a quick spin. I sold the blown 400 on craiglist, on a side note, my local Movie Theatre
would like to use my car for the Fury Road opening.
Pretty Cool!

Hey there.
So I picked up a 73 javelin amx that I want to give the mad max vibe, and I really love those rear fender flares you've got on your javelin. I can't find them anywhere. Where did you get them and how would I get my hands on a set?

Cool build mate! She looks the business. Over here in the UK, I think the Police would jump us for having the blower up front and I expect emissions would be tested as well. The US is the place to recreate this sort of art.

Very interesting, I like to think this what Max's rebuilt Interceptor in Fury Road would have looked like, since finding all the right parts to make an XB GT would prove next to impossible.
I think he would've settled on a Javelin and pimped it out to the best of his abilities.
