So you're not a man, but a sheep. Sheeps usually follow the pack's direction everwhere it would lead. Without cheking it out for themself. Without questioning. Without any discovery, or any magic in discovering other aspects of the world around them. And is it life? No.

the last time I saw mindless sheep it was in a queue to watch BTD. To make an individual choice and walk away from that queue really is the mark of a man . I dislike Tina, you do not. I am well advised that BTD was a shocking bastardisation of a great Aussie double, you pretty much seem to ignore the entire concept of the first 2 movies. How about we agree to disagree on that ??

How about some real ideas regarding the possible extension of the BTD thread into FR ?? that was the point of my previous post - this theme is sadly missing from most discussions here, and with FR just around the corner, it should be a red-hot topic. There were far more connections between MM and RW than you have admitted (like roads and V8's and pyscho bikers and roads and more V8's and scags and did I mention ROADS, oh thats right the other thing was A-U-S-S-I-E roads. Oh well.....)

I would like to think that at least something connected RW and BTD, and then some type of connection, however slight or feeble, connects BTD to FR. Maybe I am dreaming (been counting to many relatives....)

One day I will buckle and watch BTD, pretty much as a result of reading your enthusiastic posts on this forum. I hope its not really baaaa baaaa baaaaaad

KwaKKa 9. you got my vote pal, your holding your own real well. I wish i was as calm when i was critisized when i first came to this FORUM. I hardly heard any teeth ginding when i read that.

You stick to your guns brother, see THUNDERDOME in your own time, or hey, don't see it at all. I will say it is good, but it ain't MAD MAX. I love the highways not deserts and railway tracks.

There is a coolarse vehicle in it with a harpoon gun on the back of it though, but you don't see it much.

So, when someone is sitting on a chair into a theatre, watching a movie, is he automatically a SHEEP? What are you smoking ,man? Then, suddenly we're ALL dirty sheeps... because everyone of US - even a time - went to a theatre!!!!!!!!

Grow up. I like you, you seem a smart guy, and a true MAD MAX fan, from a certain point of view. RENT THUNDERDOME, see it for yourself, be an individual. I'm not asking too much from you... just to be a man, like Max teached US.

Yeah Kwakka, see thunderdome in your own time. I really enjoyed all three mad max movies so being a fan of the fist two doesnt mean you'll hate the third. Some People obviously feel it sucks, some feel it rocks. Obviously Rockatansky's and TINAROCKS views are at the extreme end of each side of the spectrum. Therefore maybe you'll just think its okay, it certainly shouldnt ruin your enjoyment of the previous two if you fail to like the third my man. It's like a battle between the Capatalists who dislike the way BTD advanced the story of mad max, preferring it to remain in the V8 uncivilised setting of RW. The Communists of course like the way that Thunderdome gave a new side to max's character letting him get over the death of his wife and child and "Learned to live again".

Anyway, now that I read my post it seems stupid and the capatalist vs Communist metaphor is in bad taste but anyway see it and make up your own mind.

thanx rock and tycho for your thoughts. I got over the flame thing years ago during some pretty rancid Football (AFL v NRL) discussions at work, of all things. If ya dish it up, ya gotta cop it sweet, thats my motto. We all have a different viewpoint, and good healthy discussion is what the forum is all about. That and the occasional slipper into the groin.
