here's a better link to the above where they cut the to the 10 minute mark so that this is pure gameplay.

Right now Green Man Gaming has a 40% off voucher bringing the price down to $36. http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/us/en/p ... ad-max-na/
That's the best deal you will get until Christmas.

CDkeys has it for $20 USD. It's been fluctuating but this is the lowest, it was around $24 a few days ago.

I'll say it again, I know some people think that site is a scam or they get keys via fraud or whatever. Your decision :).

I wouldn't trust it. Certain publishers such as Ubisoft have notoriously revoked keys bought from unofficial venders and sometimes resulting in Steam account bans. There was a big wave of bans in late 2014 that took several months to fix.

yeah I completely agree with Mad Max RW here because steam especially has been cracking down on CDkey vendors and banning people from their games for using that service. it's a very very grey area as to the legality of cdkey vendors and so far game companies have erred on the side of revoking ones ability to play the games despite the cd keys being paid for.

to be honest I can wait till steam brings it down during one of it's insane sales. I am waiting on GTA V to hit one of their big sales in the future so I can move my mad max mod into higher poly models and bring mad max officially to GTA V. I want these games on pc now so I can mod them but I can wait as I toil away at new models. infact I am about to bump my own topic on the gta mods with shots of my just finished model of Razor Cola.

but yeah I mean buy it from CDkey an other places if you have to but buyer beware.

There's always Green Man Gaming if you want to save some money but don't want to try the less reputable sites. They almost always beat Steam's price at release, since Steam's price at that point is almost always full standard price. GMG also has discount codes all the time to knock 25-30% off, both public codes and often slightly better personal codes they send you by email.

Green Man Gaming has also given me refunds when I asked, at least in the form of store credit, if their price gets better before release. They have this thing with Playfire where you link your Steam account and get GMG store credit for playing games. I don't game much but I have $11 in there, however you can't use the credit on specials or with discount codes.

The worst I've heard people had happen to them buying from GMG is getting their key a little late. Another issue is pre-order bonuses, sometimes Steam has them and GMG doesn't, but that's an issue for all retailers. You can always ask GMG support about bonuses if unsure.

Anyway, 5 more days. As I said in that other thread I'm kinda expecting mediocre but first Mad Max game in ages so gotta play it ASAP :).

EDIT: Turns out it's 50% off on GMG right now, $30 USD, with code MADMAX-SAVE50-MADMAX .

Right here: http://m.neogaf.com/showthread.php?t=1101836&page=16

I quickly read through some impressions last night and people generally seem to be loving it. The only negative to stand out for me is environmental pop-in can be very noticeable at times.
