About 10 minutes in they discuss running out of fuel. In the past everything I heard/read (maybe I missed or forgot I don't know) says that when you run out of fuel you are stuck, but the game will make it easy by spawning a fuel container nearby and letting you know. In this video the presenter said that the car will not stop but instead will move very slowly.
Although these demos are given many times, sometimes the presenter says different things. Thanks for posting it.

Mutiple Choice Gameplay Trailer
Was a little bit confusing for me to navigate at first because of Youtube's crap. Gives a good sense to newcomers what a Just Cause 2 style game is really like. A great big open world with no "wrong" way to complete objectives and take over strongholds.
