Got the magazine in the mail today. Thanks, man. Now it's just waiting for the Thunderdome LP I just bought of a local auction site.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Received my copy this week. Thanks again Sam. Even more impressive to have the article right in front of me.

No worries, took longer then everyone esles! Oh well it made it.

To think that magazine was just for advertising your car for sale, now its become almost a proper car magazine. Once in a while they do have some good articles in there. Plus one can always dream about some of the cars for sale....

I saw the magazine in the super market too.
I half peered over the counter where they keep the magazines and could see only the black roof spoiler. i then thought: "heh, wouldnt it be cool if that was an interceptor?" then i got a better look and thought: "COOL! that IS an interceptor!"

good, magazines, had some nice XBs and XAs

I think this is the first feature fo many years I can remember the 85 Street Machine and Gordon had a feature in Ford power or something similiar but i think that was a long time ago as the pics were of an unfinished repica and a four door. In any case great to see Max back on the front.
Just found out about the "Ford Power, Issue Seven" here:

Orginal article appeared in another car mag.. circa 2004... reprints were done around that time as well.
Not a new article (or magazine) and even the price of $24 is a rip off when the magazine was around $8 new.

Looks like a reprint of Street Heat March-April 2000, just go to the magazine archive and click on the thumbnails (let me know if any don't work). Street Heat is about 3/4 of the way down.
