It is great that they're making a sequal to The Transporter' Bubba, but I still think they should have set it/filmed it in Montpellier like Luc Besson wrote it (in the book Frank heads North to escape his past)

One of the reasons I liked 'The Transporter' was because it was a French action movie filmed in France - but funded with Hollywood money The Transporter's always had an 'Enter the Dragon' feel to it, Hong Kong action movie, filmed in Hong Kong but with Hollywood money.

i'm sure I'll still like the movie, but it has lost some of it's unique-ness - a French action movie set in Miami should be interesting....

Hey -R/T- welcome to the board! Nice to see another " Dead" film fan here. What did ya think of the remake of DAWN? I thought it was a cool twist to Romero's masterpiece. Hear it's going to video in October.

The remake of Dawn was good but I like slow moving zombies more. Romero is making Land of the Dead I heard, it's MadMax2/Night of the Living Dead kinda movie.

Anyone ever see Vanishing Point? Love that movie. 1970 white Dodge R/T Challenger sooped up to do over 160mph

I just have to say...French action movies are the sh*te. I love them as much as the early Australian actoin movies. they make American action movies look pretty tame. no offense to anybody. but French action flicks are very realistic and pay a lot of attention to detail when it comes to firearms etc.

Thanks mates ...

They had a comfortable budget for The Transporter. Not less than 5 or 6 different Peugeot 406 were used for the stunts. Each car had its specialization. I haven't seen Part III, it was a semi flop. The last part of a trilogy is seldom the best one...Image
I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.

I know it's dubbed but the 406 in Taxi sounds awesome, it's definately a 406 touring car though.
