I saw it at the cinemas 3 times.
I am going to buy the blu ray upon release.
I will pretty much buy anything to do with Fury Road.

And I have the leak. I didn't download it, it was given to me.

I have enjoyed analising the nuances of the film, trying to screen cap every vehicle for inspection (Amazed how many were made that were barely even seen), been able to rewind at will to bask in the best parts, check queries and notice small continuity errors lending to more theorised cuts to be discovered later...

Tell me how bad a fan I am. Go for it.

I'm the same as you here. Saw it 3 times, have the leaked version, and i will buy the bluray version too.

That's how "bad" i am as a fan.

You're bad..very, very Bad!!! :P

A person at work downloaded it a couple of weeks back and i'm getting a copy from him. He says it's dvd quality. Gave him a disk today actually to burn it onto for me. He viewed it in a cinema also as he went with me to one session. I've seen it 4 times so far in the cinema and plan to catch the last screening the cinema near me shows. That should have been today but they went and added another week, again. Not saying seeing it in a cinema X amount of times makes having a copy ok but Sept seems so far off that i don't know if i can hold out for the BR release. I wont be missing out on that either as i'm sure all the real fans will be adding it to the collection, having an early copy or not. For me that'll be a day one release buy and just why i can't go and preorder the BR now. I wanna make sure i have it on the day and not take the chance that a pre order will arrive the same day. It's gonna be a ripper of BR and one i can hardly wait for the release. A copy even though it'll spoil things a little with the anticipation part of the release will be a good for a fix until that does happens. If they could just release the damn thing once it stops screening here that would be even better.

I've paid to see it, also have the HD download - it's impressive quality I have to say for a webrip.

I can wait , I won't legitimize pirating in any way

In this case i don't feel as strongly as you about it. Those who simply download without ever viewing in a cinema i see there being an issue but not really those that have spent their dollars going to see it and really just want a fix till the home media becomes available to buy. Nothing justifies piracy you are correct but i can see not all cases as such are the same.

Just on the copy.. I'm viewing it right now and the fella at work wasn't kidding about it being dvd quality. Damn with the copy being this good then i can only imagine that the blu ray is gonna look absolutely amazing.

Some guy is uploading bits of it to YouTube and it seems good quality , in fact YouTube is littered with bootleg grabs at the moment and no one is noticing it from the film , meanwhile if I uploaded a clip with someone elses music they are onto it like hawks :|

Just wait till some 3rd party claims copyright on your 100% own original content. There are companies out there that routinely claim copyrights on things they have absolutely ZERO rights to, one example is Orchard Music Group - they're literally going around on YT and claim copyright infringement on things that are not theirs whatsoever and you're left with disputing their claims with YT staff which takes forever. YT copyrights filter is a real mess to put it lightly.

To watch FURY ROAD on You Tube staring at a Mickey Mouse laptop screen or a smartphone device...

O man, this sounds really depressing to me !!

No thanks.

So you don't have a Chromecast or similar? Even my Mum has one, and she's 77.
