Thanks chase, 4000k round trip, had a ball with the car, damage report is : leaking axle shaft seal, lost the air from the shockeys, adrian from the mad max museum came to the rescue and gave me a spare pair of his to get us home, the roads practically shock the exhaust system off the car, i had tighten the header bolts back up at every fuel stop on the way home, but it got us there and back, i kept the fuel receipts this time $775 in fuel the whole trip, those thunder series elderbrock carbs can be tuned to lean so in all a great trip.

Fitted the rvs over the w/e, ive set mine back a bit further so it doesn't interfere with the sun visors.
