Fuckedup man, i know what its like to spend hours, days, sometimes weeks on something and then have it destroyed - you never get over it, and even when you buy another of the exact same modelkit you don't wanna do it cos you've been there and put so much effort into it that first time, you fear the next one will be a half arse job.
On the other hand i had my INTERCEPTOR 2 fall from a mantlepiece and smash and that was a model i was never quite happy with, i made it using a grainy video pause then i got the DVD with perfect pause and zoom and noticed new shit i'd missed the first time round so got a chance to re-do it and do it better.

That's an absolute tragedy. It's just hard to imagine how it is to loose everything you worked for in such a short moment.

It can all be replaced, the important thing to remember is no one was hurt.

OOh man thats to bad. "You will rebuild" I dont know howmany times growing up and hearing my Dad say "AHH you cant keep nothing around here" meaning my brothers and i must have broke somthing. Thats just the kinda stuff that always happens to people even me, hardly the same catrastophy but i remmember coming home after getting the new wheels and tires on my XB BoB and because of sun glare not seeing and running right over a board in the road with nails sticking out of it!! Right after i got my car back from the body shop with the metal front end and spoilers put on etc.. going to a car show that was located in grass yard area and hitting a hidden dip in the grass and folding under the bottom half of the airdam and having to go right back and get it fixed. In the end its all fixable or can be replaced.

You guy's are fucking awesome . I didn't mean to put the sad on , but i just knew you guys would understand the gravity of it.
Outside of Mad Max , my other passion is maritime history and I lost many one-off artefacts as well as 20 years of ship models ( Mostly scratch built ) so i'm having to just accept what is . your right , The main thing is no -one was hurt ( I was home alone with my infant daughter and we very nearly lost the house as well ) so it could have easily been much much worse . thanks again everyone , your a great bunch of people
