aussie muscle is bringing his models, im not sure who is coming from the forum.
but those that do go make sure you make yourself known, when i went to the road warrior event last nov there a few from the forum
about 3 or 4 that i didnt get to meet and i only found out some of them when i got home when they posted something. like iv said before we (madmax people)
are only a small part of the expo, would be good to get a group pic of those that attend to put on here after it.
and dont forget its all for charity for an All Utility park to be built in the future in Bairnsdale next to the existing skate park.
the tv ads have started on the local win television station last week and it is gearing up to be a big event.

fri, watching madmax1 at the venue starting after you guys get here after dark, as long as the projector and screen we have borrowed works and
no hickups like at the road warrior event, bbq on hand for late cooking etc etc, and byo.
sat, up early for bacon & eggs, set up display, then 8.00 off to town for a photo shoot at howitt park beside the river, not sure if the photographer still
coming as havnt been able to get hold of him, we talked to him ages ago and the last drag meet he didnt have a display there, if not we will
just takes pics the cameras we have got. are you still bringing the 4wd to get pics from Brad?.
then for a stop in the main street for a lil display then around 9.45 off back to the horse track for the display there.
The buggy is for display only as the tailshaft not done yet, no brakes or pedals. but we will be firing it up after lunch time when kaz & i get
into the roadwarrior outfits we wore in the USA. At the show you can look around or just hang on the stand talking to Kim Noyce & Dale Bench.
for lunch we will fire the bbq up.
around 3ish we then move to the drags for a pre booked area there and at interval we are cruising the track.
just before dark we are back to the horse track to watch madmax2 a few drinkys and a bite to eat.
sun, bacon & eggs for breaky and hang around at the track, a photo shoot for the biscuit tins sometime in the morning. A bqq for lunch put on by the expo
and packup, and one can head home anytime after lunch, and for those that want to pop in past my place to check out my toys house etcetc.

Sounds great!
I'm dragging the family for a weekend away. We're staying at Lakes Entrance so should be able to pop in Saturday afternoon to view your display. After biting the Mad Max bug again back in 2008's Little River 30th Anniversary, I'm all for what you lads are up to.
Pity I traded-in my hardtop back in the early nineties for six grand!

She wasn't a real GT but she sure gave me a few years of pleasure.

I scored myself the three novels and three soundtracks and a few DVD's (the fan made ones on eBay... documentaries etc) last year, so it's good to be back in Max Mode.
Stay safe and have a fun weekend!

I'm heading down on Friday arvo, booked a room in Paynesville.
Will be there to watch the movie and have a drink or two.
Keep a lookout for me, Long hair bogan looking guy with his GF.
We'll hang around Saturday and head home on Sunday morning to attend a wedding.
I'll have my camera and will take plenty of pix to post up
Cheers,
Wayne
