Just found this on youtube:
"Nuclear Blast", Fallout:Brotherhood of Steel - Main Menu theme
Music and Lyrics by Craig Stuart Garfinkle
Vocals by Arthur Douglas

A lonely electron,
With nothing to do,
Pairs up with a neutron
For a cocktail or two.
Atomic kisses, survived by a few.
They had a... nuclear blast.
Said the electron to the neutron,
"You sure can be dense.
With this much attraction
There's no civil defense.
Let go of that energy,
No need to be tense.
Give me that... nuclear blast."
Einstein said that space is elastic.
Twist his theory, it comes out bombastic.
A mushroom cloud, a sight fantastic.
Stick your head between your legs,
Kiss your ass goodbye.
A happy electron,
A neutron its mate.
Don't give a damn about apocalyptic fate.
They party 'till midnight,
Then boom it's too late.
It's a... nuclear blast.
I also found this… yeah. A little weird, but maybe you can use some of it:

Roadkill video game music. On WILD 66.6 The Fuzz Brothers. They are similar to Iron Maiden. I think some of the songs are good and some of them suck. More info here. http://www.gamerhelp.com/xbox/RoadKill/100099.shtml

Atomic Cafe soundtrack. I have this movie, but haven't seen it in a while. I will watch it today. Here is a list: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083590/soundtrack

Thanks Road Kill,
But I will need MP3's or at least links/torrents to MP3's or Wav files.
If the songs are nothing special, then don't worry about it. I don't think it's worth finding Fuzz Brothers songs if no one will recognize them - I'd rather just play Iron Maiden instead. But if you find anything with really appropriate lyrics, let me know where I can find the actual song.

Not really commenting on some of the song ideas mentioned above as I haven't listened to them yet, but just adding on to what Karol said -
The most important thing is that a song has the right feel/mood for this event. If the lyrics have something appropriate, that might be cool, but the music has to fit too. If the music sounds right, then the lyrics probably don't matter too much. Right?
(obviously, if we found a hard driving song all about the apocalypse and looking for gasoline that would be great, but we don't need to get that specific, and probably won't get that lucky)
Other than some of the real obvious stuff that we've got on our list, it's all about finding stuff that will set the mood for people to walk around in leather and rev engines/scavenge/pillage.
