Max In Africa - looks like the rumors were true

Yeah otherwise why Mad Max? Why not just another Fast and the Furious movie (and yes I know they are bring out a sequel to that crap)

What makes Mad Max unique is it's Australianess. We have enough hollywood movies. Miller often talked about the importance of Australian cinema and the storytelling tradition, is he going to sell out again?

You guys must have very little if any faith in George Miller. I believe he knows what he's doing. How long has he waited to make this movie? From what I understand you want him to go back to a $1000 budget and have a few no-name Australian actors leading the cast. It's not gonna happen.

I dont see why they would'nt use Aussie actors. I mean look at the Matrix - filmed in Australia and with plenty of local talent.

Mad Max is'nt Mad Max if it has Heaps of Computer generated effects.. Mad Max 1 and 2 were both as real as they come. I believe Aussie actors should be in it. After all Mad Max was filled with unknown aussie actors was'nt it?

Actually Uncle, I was part referring to some of the American movies Miller has done like Witches of Eastwick, Lorenzo's Oil or the Babe movies (boring.....)

Actually, I really hate it how our best directors and film crew all go off to hollywood I mean I don't blame them and if I were them I'd probably do the same but it really hurts our film industry if when any aussie trys to make a film it is just to sell it to the americans so they can cash in big. A lot of recent Aussie movies have reflected this I think.

As well as the fact we are losing our best talent overseas.

I'm just hoping Ned Kelly is going to be good..

We can't forget BEN, HUGO, GUY and ERIC though, those guys are sticking around, though i think after INCREDIBLE HULK, ERIC'll be gone.

I hope not, Eric was funny as sh*t in Full Frontal and was excellent in Chopper.

EARTH TO GEORGE MILLER: Why don't you film Fury Road in a country where there's no f**kin war going on nearby (hint, hint). AND one that has a decent cricket team.
