Its just that they are being genuinely dishonest with how they promote this film and most people believe it. Its like false advertising and I have a problem with that.

I really dont like all the anti-cg crusading that has gone on in recent years. Its a tool just like any other. And 90% of the time most people dont even know they are looking at CG. Fury Road is proof of that. Its only when the CG is bad or its obvious that the shot could not have been done in another way that people complain.

For Miller to pay lip service to the anti-cg crusade while at the same time using CG is really hypocritical.

Some scenes are a bit noticeable but I can see why they filmed it like that.

I actually like it if there is an "anti-CG" trend coming because I thoroughly hate CG action scenes that don't aim at hiding the fact that its CG. The most obvious are the Marvel films.

I don't get it, Miller said that there will be no CG in Fury Road ? I thought he just said they used real cars and real stunts...

Miller never said there would be no CG. He said there was very little CG. If you consider how much CG is used in other movies of this scale, I would say Miller was honest about that. Most of the CG was the environment only.

Real cars and real cars crashing...real stunts...that's what the good man George Miller promised...well that's my take on it. He delivered!

You can spot the CG cars and CG car crashes a mile off in some recent films. It looks shit.
