Leather work for Fury Road to be done by.....

found the site interesting a lot of it is very madmax ish, just look at what the humungus wore in no 2...

hey at least its an aussie company and george will have his own ideas as to what he wants for the movie its doesnt mean its going to be gay stuff...

just look at some of the outfits at the Road Warrior Event and was nothing gay about that...

Someone else who works with leather is on the film.

I am taking time off from making guitar straps for a couple of months. Its been five years since I left the film world and started making guitar straps full time but having been given an offer that was too good to refuse this time around, I will be going back to my old job of making film costumes and I will be working on "Mad Max 4" for a period of time, when this is over around September / October I will resume making guitar straps and make an other annoucement to that effect.

Her name is Chantal Cordey and she did leather work on Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. Cool.

So Ms. Cordey says...

My film work on Mad Max "Fury Road " is finished for the time been and I am back working on my guitar straps full time.

She also posted a picture of a custom "Mad Max" guitar strap she made for a customer in the states.

I loved this part of the description as it shows the amount of thought and consideration put into her work.

The cartridge front loops and pouch has been ripped and Max's dog started chewing one of the ends of the adjusting straps .

I suppose it's possible (probable?) Tom Hardy will be donning some of her leather work in the film.
