Thanks everybody so far for your warm welcome and thanks for the pointers.
I'll try and steer clear of Bongo van drivers even if they have their indicators on and I'll try not to aerate any caravans convieniently parked / stalled across the road.
I am after some advice on the what to do with some things on the car, for instance the seats have a cloth trim ( fairmont ) and I thought about removing them and puttting in vinyl same as the movie. Another thought was to put in a gt / sports dash, I want to try and make it the same as the movie even though in the movie you cannot really tell what type of dash was in the vehicle. I would also like to find out where i could purchase the siren, the type that was used in the movie, can I buy a an light sequence insert for the radio (pictured) i believe there was two types of radios standard and deluxe models the deluxe having the flashing lights. Would any of this take away from the fact that it is the " Toukley Neighbourhood Centre Big Bopper ".
"PPPPiece from ere and a PPPPiece from there"
Cheers,
Brownie
