When it's finished this summer, I'll be driving a battery electric Triumph racecar. Computer simulation shows it will do 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds and top out at 140 mph. Can't wait to figure out what she'll really do when I start to terrorize the backroads.
I'll miss the engine roar though. The exhaust note courtesy of the straight 6 sounds like a Harley Davidson ass-raping a Formula Racecar, but the straight 6 will be sold. I have no use for its 210 horses anymore.
Personally, I'd like Fury Road to have good old fashioned Australion Iron. I wouldn't want it any other way. We need late 60s/early 70s Holdens and Fords and the occassional muscle truck. And if they don't involve AC/DC somehow, heads will roll.

I have a great idea for Mad Max 4. While Max is out by himself & alone, Max's boss in the MFP ("Fifi") is either kidnapped or in trouble, or is (maybe) murdered. Some of Max's old MFP buddies go out looking for him. They eventually find him, tell him of Fifi's situation, and ask Max to come back with them and help. Max agrees. They bring with them Goose's twin brother (would have to have Steve Bisley play this role), who is a senior MFP commander, and Fifi's son (never mentioned in "Mad Max" - just my imagination), who is a MFP veteran of just a few years. The person causing most of the trouble for Fifi is related to Toecutter, or possibly Bubba Zanetti, and they're looking for some payback.

It's no worse than the 'any idea at all that brings back the Interceptor' mindset.

There can never be a true "Max" sequel without collaboration of the late, great, Brian May...

Read that sentance again Z
Now, according to you, how can there be any Mad Max sequel if the person you need to collaborate with in order for it to be a "true sequel" is dead? "...the late, great, Brian May."
OK now you're gonna tell me, among your many other talents, you're also clairvoyant!

Well I did try to bring the series back from the dead, but even my powers have their limits...
