INTERDICTOR - someone did do the YELLOW INTERCEPTOR scheme, on a two door. It was the ADDICTED TO BASE clip, theres two of them in it, with the paint scheme, look cool as sh*t, cept the wheels are slotters, and they're blue, so don't look that good.

Mitch, the rear leafs are 71-77 V8 Maverick/Comet units with a 56" (I think) overall length) the 71-73 Mustang leafs are the same length, but the locating pin is one inch too far forward. The shackles are cut/welded cheesey pieces that I am replacing with 6 " flat bar shackles.NOT the multi-hole ones from the 70's.Just get some 3/16"x1 1/2" flat stock and make your own. Then use bolts with teflon sealed nuts so they won't come off.Bill

So we're agreed a yellow coupe is a cool idea, But what do you all think of a BoB sedan?

BoB sedan would suit me just fine. BoB coupe nose, Zoomies, and black wheels and add Max's yellow pursuit hood with 'cowl induction' scoop, flares, roof and tail spoilers, and special gloss black/matte black version of 'yellow' paint scheme. No blower, tho. I don't think the proportions of the sedan would look good with it. Maybe turbo charged, instead......

This is a topic that i have often thought about, I think the black interceptor sedan would look very cool, no blower or side pipes so that it can be legally driven on the roads here, and the L88 bonnet spoiler, monza nose and full flair kit etc would have to be done.

That is mean. Better that I would have thought. Being as we can run what we like, I think I would go with the blower assembly anyway though. I don't think it would look out of place on a sedan. (The scott hat & blower can only improve the looks of any vehicle, It's such a beautiful piece.)
