i read an interview in one of the larger motoring periodicals which indicate dthat ford aust didnt view export sales (ie spending

money on conversion to left hand drive) as a worthwhile investment.

they were pretty badly burnt by the capri, remember.

If anyone in the states wants an au/ba series sedan/ute then they better get into the private import game.
