"Fukushima" ? Doesn't have any sense ?
"Fukushima Kamikrazy Warboys !"
That's a fucking great line !
WHAT'S HE SAYING WHEN.....?
Re: WHAT'S HE SAYING WHEN.....?
It's Fuk-ushima. (with hyphen in the middle). At least subtitles said so.
Wasteland equivalent of F-Yeah! I guess.

Like "FuriOsa"... Is this some kind of a real accent, or is this just the way they speak in the movie ?
Re: WHAT'S HE SAYING WHEN.....?
I defiinitely thought i heard Kamicrazy rather than Common crazy. Thinking kamicrazy was a nice post apocalyptic spin on kamikaze.

It's just linguistic miller-ism I guess. Like ImmortaN, and countless others... But it may have basis in reality. I'm always surprised when I hear asian names and words pronounced by native speakers, compared how they are locally pronounced.
Yes, it's Fuk-Ushima, Kami-Krazy! or some similar weird spelling.I defiinitely thought i heard Kamicrazy rather than Common crazy.
Re: WHAT'S HE SAYING WHEN.....?
"Just one angry shot for FurioOsa"
such a powerful line...
But the movie is full of strange, powerful and poetic lines...

Yeah, the comic clears up that japanese word.
Afterwards, the sarge says something about haulin' acqua cola, something else that I can't pick up (probably about guzzoline), and then mother's milk.
Would like to see this clarified as well!

Sounded like Fukushima, referencing the Fukushima-daichi nuclear disaster of 2011. Use of the name Fukushima reminds me of the 1988 post-nuclear CRPG Wasteland. The Servants of the Mushroom Cloud is a cult in Vegas (the new name of Las Vegas) that resides in a nuclear fission power plant. The Servants worshiped all aspects of nuclear energy, nuclear physics, and radiation, in spite of the global thermal nuclear war that occurred 70 years previously.

A side note:
The guy yelling 'Today we're haulin' Aqua Cola!" is - oddly enough - my favorite character in the movie. The way this guy talks, sounds like an Aussie and I think he might be partially blind because when Furiosa says to him 'it's a detour' he looks up like he couldn't see a whole lot, not to mention he has those weird goggles. What was his name?
