I appears that Miller's attempt to build himself a gaming studio has gone the way of his animation studio effort (Dr D). I know he wants what Peter Jackson has in NZ, but PJ got where he is today because he made several highly successful movies, in particular the LOTR trilogy. That basically gave him a blank check to do what he wants. Miller, OTOH, has been relatively quiet, with his only real success being Happy Feet, and it wasn't really that big of a hit (not to mention the sequel tanked). Perhaps things would be different if Miller had made more movies that made lots of money for the studios. His aborted Justice League movie/trilogy might've been that missed opportunity, I don't know.

I hope this will not impact the Fury Road game in some ways.
