not exactly but if you have the game head over to portland near the red light district and pick up a diablo stallion and doo the weapons cheat to get a shot gun, also if you find a line runner (lorry or truck) scrap the side of the truck against a wall and knock the door off, also i use taxi's as yellow interceptors.
