You have to ask yourself how all of Aunties maraduers (and their
cars) got across that canyon that ironbar fell into in the end
chase scene.
MM3 Flub?
re: MM3 Flub?

Im in two minds about this one, heres my points of view
a) the book says that all aunties cars stopped at the edge of the
canyon. Srooloose who by now was behind the wheel of max's buggy
didnt know how to drive the buggy and when he got to the edge, he
just sailed off it out of control and survived. Auntie, inspired
by what she thought was one of her guards courage in chasing max,
orderded that they all drive off as well. It seems like they went
down, came back up and picked up ironbar on the way.
b)theres a piccy on the RWF page in the mm3 section you can
check out that shows the real train bridge filmed in the movie. It
does not cross a canyon but rather just above a shallow outback
dry river bed, no more than about 4 metres/16 feet above the
ground! maybe ironbar just was over that? all the guards did is
found a quck way down to the river bed that the bike rider with
the sidecar did not.
I guess I should think the first option as that's what the book
said.

re: MM3 Flub?
I agree with the idea that Auntie and the bad guys must have
drove down the river bed and back up to the other side of the
bridge span. That would explain the delay to when Max and the
train stopped, Auntie and the guards were not as close anymore
and everyone noticed how far back in the distance they were now
at the end of the line. During this time while the bad guys were
catching up, Max and the gang had a few seconds to get the pilot
and his airplane loaded up.
