WOW! I looked in my profile...and I've contributed a whopping 1.95% of all posts since joining! That's either dedication, or a lack of something better to do before work...like sleep.

Hey Bronze... check your stats again...

I noticed some of the thread & user stats were incorrect for the number of posts (the numbers were lower than they should have been), which I've fixed last night and this morning. Apparently you have now contributed 2.62% of all posts!

Oh no... stats...
Does this mean we'll get the token ranking system and the "post wh*res" aswell? I always found that ranking systems often degrade forums as a lot of people start to post senseless things.

To me the stats are just an interesting feature of this software, nothing more - I don't intend that there be any ranking system or other info beyond the basics that are there. It's just fun seeing the actual numbers on various people who have been around here a while.

It's pretty hard for someone to actually bump their stats here articifically, that's part of the advantage of having a forum with more than 60,000 posts spanning 8 years And if someone did start posting rubbish regardless to try and influence something as trivial as the numbers, my delete key will counter that just as fast anyway.

All the old posts are now reindexed for searching, so you should now be able to use the search facility to find whatever you're looking for in there...

Avatars are still not set up. I need the ISP to make a change on their end to have this work, so I'll activate that feature as soon as they've completed things their end.
