Yet another revision of the Mad Max remake cast!!

Post by ZHP »

See what you think of this......I welcome your thoughts.

Max - Michael Beihn. If he's too old, then I say we track down Emil Minty (feral kid) and get him to do it. He's got to be in his twenties by now.

Goose - Bill Paxton ("Yer stewed, Buttwad!)

Toecutter - Gary Oldman (Ooooooohh!)

Jesse - Jennifer Connelly or Carrie-Anne Moss

Lounge singer - Courtney Love (adequately skanky) Hmmm I wonder if Virginia Hey can sing??

Bubba Zannetti - Matt Damon

Johnny the Boy - Leo DeCaprio

Nightrider - Ray Park (aka Darth Maul)

Roop - Vincent D'Onofrio

Charlie - Clint Howard (but only if his brother Ron directs!)

Fifi McAfee - Stone Cold Steve Austin (Fifi 3:16) Or we could go with a black actor like Lawrence Fishburne or Danny Glover.

May Swayze - Rhea Perlman

Underground Mechanic - Michael Richards (the goofball who played Kramer on "Seinfeld")

Rosanne - Fat Nancy ("If you can't smell it, we ain't got it!")

Rowan Atkinson - The station agent at Wee Jerusalem

Mel Gibson could do a cameo as one of the following:

1. Ziggy

2. The guy who gets grossed out by Goose at Fat Nancy's

3. The guy whose trailer gets completely pasted in the opening chase

4. The guy making out with some chick behind Goose at Sugartown

Here are some other suggestions:

Tina Turner could play the lounge singer!

Maybe Vernon Wells could play Fifi!!

Who do you think should be the MFP dispatcher??

I'm not sure I understand your message. Incidentally, I'm not from Israel.

I thought that the town where Toecutter and his gang collect Nightrider's remains was called Wee Jerusalem. That's what it sounds like when the dispatcher tells Max and Goose over the radio.

Possible Voice of Dispatcher and also...

Majel Barrett, who does the computer voice for the Star Trek television series, could do the dispatcher.

I mentioned this before, but what about making Max a woman? Peta Wilson, who plays a Section One operative in "La Femme Nikita," would make for a strong, emotional, and eventually burned-out Max. She was also born in Austrialia.

BTW, I think Gary Oldman would be great as the Toecutter.
