Biker.... I have a copy of your drawing in my shop right along with a few other 'selected' drawings. I can barely draw stick men so if I hear ya say your drawings suck then I'll just have to make a special trip to France to give ya a kick in the arse.

Awsome Drawings. I would post my fan art up but I don't know how to post pictures. I hardly know anything about computers.

Bronze/Jay I agree absolutely awesome drawings, I would love to see them animated in to a maxtoon.... I think someone already mentioned it but have you tried doing a goose, toe cutter or bubba bike in the same style yet???? If not please!!!!!!

BBB + .MADMAX. I wasn't suggesting that my drawings suck nor was I fishing for ego boosting compliments either, I just know my limitations, or at least what I can draw relatively easily.

I have a problem drawing cars, always have, at least with the correct proportions, the one above that BBB re-posted I actually traced just so I wouldn't get slammed by the more anally rententive amongst us that would say the left front wing is .002mm higher than the right one. It's a hard act to follow when there's so many fans out there than know their stuff, ya can't quite "blag it" hoping to foist a minor mistake something on a Mad Max fan when they now the films and cars so well.

Anyways thanks for the vote of confidence BBB & .MADMAX. posted in your shop... then .MADMAX. that means... WOW! I'm an internationally published arttist now!!! LOL!

Pulse, dammit man that was going to be my next attempt and hope to surprise a few people with it. I was gonna draw Wez's Katana "cars" style... or at least have a go at it.

Bad cop, email me your fan art I'll post it for you OK? Check out my profile above you'll find my email address in there.... you do know how to scan and put the jpeg as an attachement don't you? DO NOT SEND IT AS A BITMAP (.bmp)

Thanks guys, and to Doug for posting them.

BIKER: I wouldn't worry about the .002" difference in the panel heights. Look at the real cars from back then. My XB has a difference of 1/4" in the front guard length. Stampings back then weren't all that great and perfectly sim-op'd. Look at the curvature of the passenger door relative to the body/quarter, they're off by at least an 1/8" on a lot of the coupes I've seen. You can imagine my confusion when trying to make the nosecone "perfectly straight" and trying to trace the differences all the way back to the quarter door opening to get a good datum point for reference. So just draw it already! Lol.

ROADWARRIORMFP: Thanks again for the book. I just finished it up last night...something like four nights to read it all. I kept having the visuals from the movie. I picture the B-61 MACK, not a train locomotive as well. It also added some little background tidbits which were nice. Also the MAXIMUM FORCE PATROL reference was interesting. Cheers.

Two things I noticed while/after drawing the red XA Falcon/Bad Birdie. One, is that the bonnet bat wings aren't even, or even close to being symetrical on the movie car. Pause it while it's getting shot at by Max and you'll see it "im-perfectly." The drawing also doesn't have a mouth Also, the turbos needed to be bigger on Mr. Dead, but then you couldn't see the eye sockets in the windscreen. Oh well..."hahaha, a dead man and a mute!" Lol.

There was a problem when I started drawing the MACK tanker over the weekend. The windscreen gets popped out of the drivers side right at the start, so I thought, "How am I going to resolve this?" The solution: After thinking about it a lot, I woke up at 2:17AM on Saturday and went into the den and started drawing an eyepatch over the opening. Sooo, now what to call him. Now what rhymes with mack? What rhymes with one-eyed? You guessed it..."One-eyed MACK" is going to be his name. It's going to take quite a bit to finish him up. Stay tuned...

Thanks Biker. I'll have my dad help check it out. We just got a new computer so may take a while. My dad is still exploring the computer.

it was actualy some guys drawings of the humungus truck form the side that got me some accuracy on my 3d model for grand theft auto so i applaude all mad max drawrs everwhere....still i was workign on photoshoping some interceptor pictures using mcqueens picture and soem very difficult customization... thought one has to admit makign the road warrior version would be odd in cars....i dare say very zombie like since the frotn mouth area woudl have been smashed out.

still fantastic work all.
