well i seem 2 remember ths stainless as a 45. and it had 2 be cleared in2 the country with a 24hr security guard. the cow catcher on the mac was half inch corten plate. took everythin out in its way. the hummungus vehicle was in fact an f100 chassis with lazy axle and 2 x 160lb air shocks either side. i burned it sidewayss till both tyres ripped off the rims

The 44 Magnum has quite a kick if you ain't prepared for it, just like "in laws".. But, like my mother in law, you get used to it. A desert eagle 44 Magnum and 50 cal. pack quite a punch to the palms. But, again, like my mother in law, you get used to it.

I own a Ruger Redhawk .44 magnum and its a hell of a hand cannon

I read an old review (re-posted online) from when the Redhawk first came out. The "Journalist" recommended shooter use gloves because the '44' was SO POWERFUL that " ...the grip checkering would strip the skin off your hand from repeated recoil!."

That maybe a little melodramatic.. the 44 now pales in comparison to some of the modern day artillery from 454Casul, .50AE, .460XVR etc....not to mention some of the single shot wildcats that "Magnum Research" are manufacturing...basically now days anything you're daring enough to put in your hand goes...

but that early review just puts into perspective what a big cartridge a .44 magnum is....probably more than what's needed....especially considering another Bronze's Glock went off in a scuffle on the freeway (down my way)...that little 9mm pill when through his holster, through the attacker's abdomen, through an accomplice's thigh and burried itself in a car door.

Its not thatbad really,just make sure to grip it with both hands'damn that sounded faggety' but seriously,the ruger redhawk .4 isn't that bad of a kick but will take down a mid sized pine tree with some hollow point rounds.

smegma, how do you know so much about the Humungus vehicle? Is a lazy axle one without a driveshaft? I could have swore that I saw tire burnout from all four rear tires when the big H hit the nitro. How can you tell about the air shocks? Lastly, what do you mean by 'i burned it sidewayss till both tyres ripped off the rims'? Inquiring minds want to know...

You're my hero!!! About one million questions just popped into my head, but could you just tell us ALL about it? Do you mean you were part of the crew from the movie? Wow! What was it like being around all of those cars? Do you have a fan club, and how do I join? Just kidding about that, but I would seriously love to hear what you have to say about the vehicles.

sorry to drag this back on topic for a mo, but the deaths head is a common military motif.

i know most people learn their history from the movies so they would only associate the deaths head with the ss but its use goes way back.

many uhlans and other regiments used it prior to german unification. seriously you should check out some of the 19th century cavalry uniforms. easy targets on the battlefield, but they impressed the gals when they werent fighting.

hitler and his bavarian gangster cronies appropriated all sorts of imagery and pageantry to sell their twisted ideology.
