Texas Twelve
The Texas Twelve have their pre-trail hearing on the 13th of October, just over a month away. The jury trial is set for November (yep I said "Jury Trial") what a joke..... Rumors have things looking pretty good for most of us though..... Anybody interested in having a hell of a post trial party in November?
I'll keep you all informed........ Christopher

Good luck, Guys.
Might I suggest somewhere other than Texas for the Party?

Good luck guys, now that you mention it, is there any future plans for a get-together?
Last of the V8 Intercepts, a piece of history, would have been a shame to blow it up

Just nobody go in costume, slide an Interceptor into the parking lot, or chant "Two men enter, one man leave" in the courtroom...OK?!

Good luck!
Viva la SA12!

Hopefully we will be able to chant "twelve men enter, twelve men leave" (Ha, made me remember something see below). So you don't think I should ride my KZ up the court house steps eh? As for what is being planned I know a few have talk with Karol and he has some tentative events in the works.... You should go to his site for the latest and/or drop him a line.
Things remembered: We had a couple of hamsters a while back, and they ended up doing what hamsters do and made lots of little hamsters. At the end She had one batch after the other...... We came in one day and found that one of the first batch had killed and partially eaten all of the rest including his mother... He was wounded greatly in the may-lay.... (so here it is) When he found the carnage my eight year old remarked "Dad! Come quick, it's like HAMSTER DOME in there!"
I just about hit the floor laughing........ I guess it has rubbed off a bit eh......

...Or point at the jury and shout "You! You can run, but you can't hide!"
...Or go up to the judge and say "There has been to much hassle. Too much wasted money. Just let us walk away, and there will be an end to the horror. I promise you safe passage out of this court room."
...Or play the Johhny the Boy ploy..."I'm sick see...what do you call it...psychopathic...the courts man...he said so..." while burning the hair off your arm.
Myself as well as others would be curious to read the court transcript if you could get, then post a copy, if they're available. I'm sure it would be some good reading, trying to see the DA actually prosecute the case with their flimsy "evidence."

Yo Fenner!
Jeff, the Zip Gunner signing in! Not much longer now, then our little dance will be over. See you in October! Though I don't want to give the courts anymore fodder, I thought it'd be mighty amusing to convoy down to the court, following that trucker's tanker again... Can't be arrested for the same crime twice! ^_^

You were driving the Caprice Black on White right? Does that car have the green hoses as seen in Trooper cars?

Hehe no not that one. Orange and White F-150 Ranger from '76, back when they used metal! I was the "gunner" for the PVC pipe zip gun the convoy had on the way. My brother drove it. I think those gentlemen from Dallas drove the Caprice, but I don't recall.
