Max vs the Punisher

One of the guys I work with said that The Punisher could take Mad Max in a one on one fight. I don't think so. What do you guys think?

This is 'The Punisher'and i'm sorry to say that Frank Castle would kill Max,Max is good at what he does as a driver and a survivor.The Punisher spends most of his time either with weapons or hand to hand combat,his war is everyday whereas Max just lives to survive and doesn't have to fight people or kill them all the time.
