Toecutter seen in movie!

I was at a friends house today, and his son was watching amovie that was based on the story "Moby Dick". Well anyways when I turned to see the screen there was the toecutter! I do not know what year the movie is, but it has to be recent because it has new commercials. Sorry if this has already been posted. Has anyone else seen this movie?

I saw the movie when it first hit television. It's actually pretty good, although the whale effects are weeny.

Hugh Keays-Byrne plays the ship's second mate (?). Also look for Bruce Spence playing some ranting old crazy named

Elijiah.
