Roadwar 101 is only 1 month away! It is still on!

We will be meeting for the drive at 12pm at parking lot "A" of SBC Park. We will be ending our drive and beginning our car show at about 1:30pm at the Mercado shopping centre in Santa Clara. After that, we will probably be cruising downtown San Jose and San Francisco.

So far we have 3 Aussie Falcons showing up, as well as a host of other vehicles.

Remember, if you don't have a vehicle, you can still make arrangements to ride along in one of the cars, or just come out to the car show.

We are still on the lookout for more cars, trucks and especially bikes, so feel free to contact me if you can make it. A few costume loans are available for those who don't have one.

[div]Fellow Fans,[/div]
[div] [/div]
[div]Roadwar 101 is now a mere 2 weeks away![/div]
[div] [/div]
[div]We will be meeting for the drive at SBC Park's parking lot "A" at 12pm on Halloween day. We are expecting about 10 vehicles to show up, including 3 Aussie Falcons. An 18-wheeler will also be there.[/div]
[div]We will finish the drive at the Mercado shopping center in Santa Clara, just off highway 101 between Lawrence Expressway and Great America Parkway. There we will have lunch and a car show.[/div]
[div] [/div]
[div]For those of you who are planning on participating in the drive, please make sure that you will be there on time. I will need time to arrange and prepare everyone, and disperse important information. Also, be aware that Daylight Savings Time ends the night before Roadwar 101! Don't forget to set your clocks back or you will show up to an empty parking lot![/div]
[div] [/div]
[div]For those of you who are not coming, I will make sure to put up an image gallery sometime next month. Roadwar 101 T-shirts will also be available soon.[/div]
[div] [/div]

Thanks Step.

All of the details are falling into place these last few days.

I just finished painting snakes on my doors, and just finished a Gayboy Berserker costume for the event.

As long as everyone uses their turn signals, everything should be fine! (hee hee)

Hey guys,

Everything went great. Everyone was on time or early. The rig was there. Everything went well with the FM transmitter I got (I transmitted the Roadwarrior soundtrack to all of the cars). There were no problems with the police, and everyone and their cars were in one piece when it was all over with. The only disappointment was the low turnout - we had about 8 people and 4 vehicles for the drive. Half the people who said they would come had last-minute problems. But everyone had a great time and we want to do it again next year.

We hung out for over 3 hours after the drive for a small car show, and we shared memorabilia, costumes, pictures, etc. There were several cameras out there, and 2 videocameras. I will post pics as soon as I get them (may take a few days or a week) and stay tuned for an edited video of the drive - very exciting stuff.

Start getting your cars, bikes and costumes ready for next year!
