Cars of the stars museum for sale?

Hi All

There's an article in todays paper about the Edinburgh branch of the Cars Of The Stars museum being for sale, but I dont know if this affects the one in Keswick or not, it doesnt say...

It's being sold as a going concern, for UKP300,000 and they dont want to split the collection.

It was in the Scottish edition of the express, does the English edition say anything?

Does anyone know any more information??????????

Is this the end for the Interceptor on these shores??????

Hey All

I sold Peter Nelson my Original screen used General lee from the Dukes Of Hazzard ,he said he wouldnt sell the Interceptor for a Million Pounds ,so i dont think there is any chance of the Interceptor going anywhere I tried several times with him when we were doing the deal on the General Lee to try and buy the Interceptor but with no luck

It should have never left Australia .

Reports are it is just the second Carsof The Stars Museum in Edinburgh that is being sold along with the twelve vehicles (including James Bond's DB7) there.

The Cumbrian original (including our beloved......) is to remain unaffected.

Peter Nelson has just been talking on "Reporting Scotland" about selling the Edinburgh Cars Of The Stars, it's just that one that's for sale, thank God! For sale include, The Batmobile, James Bond DB7, Kitt from Knightrider, Indiana Jones get away truck, Postman Pat's van and a Noddy car!

The Interceptor IS safe.
