I know this has nothing to do with Mad Max but my fav. actor died sat,Charles Bronson was one of the last true Action Heroes he did many movies one that stands out is Death wish,the plot is similar to our Mad Max ,Charles Bronson's family is murdered and he seeks revenge only instead with a supercharged Ford Falcon he used a pistol.He ill be sorely missed!!!

Yeah, He was one of the true ' screen hero's ' My favorite was ' The Mechanic ' plus that series of 4 movies he did (can't remember the name) character ' Paul Kursey ' nobody gave Him a hard time and got away with it!

Yeah, it's really sad. I was a huge Bronson fan growing up. He made some of the most badass flicks ever.

This forum is the first place I've heard the sad news. One of my favorite Bronson roles was in "Death Hunt" opposite Lee Marvin. I also liked him as one of the tunnel kings in "The Great Escape".

I was the only one to pick PAUL KERSEY. aside from MAX ROCKATANSKY, the greatest movie hero in history.

That sucks!
Charles Bronson was one of the greatest. I frst saw him in "The Magnificant Seven" cause I also like Steve McQueen. He will be missed.

Charles also did an early 70's flick in Italy where he bombed
around in a coupe that looked like a Charger. Last scene he tries
to shoot bad guy with flare gun. Good car driving scene? Anyone remember
name of flick?
