not exactly like MARCH HARES though, they didin't have the front spoiler on theirs, they shoulda made it ROOP AND CHARLIE's PURSUIT. but i'm just being picky.

Actually, the ad states that the car has the spoiler as it appeared at the beginning of the film, later it was missing....I don't recall that specifically, I'll have to watch MM again!! (oh, no! )

Currently, it's the only March Hare replica in existance. I think it's great that it got made just the way it is. There is also Phil's Big Bopper currently for sale, and this guy also has a Max's yellow that is for sale too. What a great time it is for the collector/buyer right now!!

can't remember but i'm pretty sure it was missing the spoiler during the whole beggining, though you are right, its fine the way it is.

Nope! Just rewatched the intro, and lo and behold, the spoiler is there right up until the swerve around the kid. After that, it's missing. It's from that point on that we get the good front shots of the car (without it) so, like you, I never realized it had one. Good on the builder to get it right!

I also noticed in frame by frame of the swerve around the kid, a great deal of body damage on the passenger side of March Hare that I never noticed before. There had to have been additional footage shot of the cars slamming it out that we've never seen. This damage, and all the smashed up panels on the Nightrider that it didn't have in the garage scene, must have been filmed. I can't imagine some crewmen wailing on them with sledgehammers just to get that look, ya know?

March Hare loses it's spolier when they go thru the debris of the Mazda bongo van (freeze frame thru this bit and you'll see.)

There's a bit of damage on the driver's side too that you can see during the chase, rear wheel arch is split in half on the drivers side and damage to the reatrquarter near the boot lid (4 min 22 sec into the film as the car zooms past, you can also see where they chopped out the wheel arch there too.)

The SARSE / SCUTTLE decals on the side are wrong too on this car, freeze frame just after Big Bopper hits the sign after shooting at Nightrider when MH goes past you can just make it out and the writing is thin and quite fancy and also slopes up the way too

Interdictor you're right about all the damage to the pasenger side, ya think MH and the monaro had a tussle in the chase?

theres alot of miss continuity with the MONARO, check out the reappearing, dissapearing duct tape on the front of it.

Hello ALL

With the Xa on ebay yes the sarse and scuttle decal on the fender is incorrect per the movie ,but i went with it because Big Bopper's and Max's fender decals were in block letters didnt like the way they had done the xa ,also you dont really get a good shot of it ,the short time the xa is on screen.

It harms that we cannot drive such great cars in France. And even if it were possible, it's a problem to get the spare parts. Otherwise, I would immediately buy it!
