AVGAS?
I have a question for US and Australia residents: What kind of unleaded fuel do you have? you know... at petrol station, not for racing. In my country (in all Europe I think) we have unleaded (95 octane) and unleaded Super (98 octane)

Depends on what part of the country...some street side stations sell 100 octane in certain states and areas...
Common is 92-93 Octane is Super Unleaded
89 is Premium
87 is Regular
Drag racers love themself AVGAS when they can get their hands on it.

In CA you can get 93
Go to the track (road or drag strip) and you can get Unocal or EXXON 104 racing.

The Australian Government has set minimum octane ratings by law as follows:
ULP: 91 RON
PULP: 95 RON
LRP: 96 RON

Adding 5%-10% Toluene will boost your octane rating a bit, but I wouldn't bother unless you were getting pinging (pre-ignition). You can usually buy the Shell or BP 100 Racing fuel from most motorcycle shops in 20L drums. Drag racing oriented speed shops should also have it.
