Basics: Bought it as a 318/904 car in 1978. Mid '80s swapped the 318 for a new built 340 six pack with cam, TA headers and sway bars/727 w/shift kit, lowered it and cut the wheel wells to match the 2008-2017 Challenger wells ( ;) ). Wheels/tires bought at the same time are: 265/50R15 and 295/50R15 Radial TAs on 15x8 and 15x10 Cyclone II rims. Seats are from a 240Z. Replaced power steering with a manual box and replaced the AC unit with a standard heater box (somewhat regretting that now..). Also spun it on the freeway in the rain on bald 295 tires and crunched the quarter panel.

Plans are to build an American interceptor. Has not been driven in 20 years and wood rats had taken up residence for most of that time. Have spent a lot of time cleaning the cabin... Still have quite a few wires to repair/replace. Wheels will remain the same, just painted flat black. New tires will replace the 30+ year old tires, although 265/50R15 Radial TAs are no longer made, so I having to go with Hankook tires in that size.

Can't do a real blower because the compression is 10.5:1. I love Cranky Frank from Fury Road so am building a (fake) tunnel ram version of the intake turned up to 11 which will go onto a hole in a repro RT hood. Picked up a 16" diameter freebie fiberglass water filter tank that will get cut up to provide the two gas tanks. Pieces will be mounted on top of the trunk along with other gear, because I need to trunk space for Wasteland gear transport. Have a flashy blue light ordered. Have the package tray wire extension shelf built. More as we go along...

The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !

Mine, still have to work on it, get it built up and stuff. I'm lazy... 1974 XB Falcon. Dying to get it going though. I'm also repainting the pickup truck in the background to match :) Not putting a faux blower on that one but maybe some bonnet vents in, make one functional where the intake is, something. We'll see. I'll post pics as I go.

Ummm thats an XA Falcon...

The guards and bonnet are wrong to build a replica with.. You wont be able to fit a Interceptor nose cone to it.
and the XA door handle are different, rear tail lights are different, interior dash is smooth (needs a rippled finish dash).

Dunno who told its an XB????
We are 100% snafu....

74 XB with XA front clip. Happens pretty often to these cars that someone decides to change them for some inexplicable reason.

Got it running and got it to Wasteland. Still has some issues, but I did get to drive it around.
