Hi Trundlefish. I believe that the original release date was wrong, and November 2 is the right one. Thank you for the best wishes and hope you like it!

Hey Luke,

Thank you for your reply pal. I might see if I can get a copy sent over from Australia...not sure I want to wait until later this year for the U.K. release!

I'm not long back from performing and working Down Under. Your book would have made the perfect travelling companion in some of the places I was.

Keep up the good work!

Well, I picked my copy up on Tuesday - while the great book on the Doctor's career in general has yet to be written, as a book centered on the struggle to make each film and his tenacity, it's a revealing portrait and is worth it especially for the way it paints the production of the first film as an example of art through adversity.

Go buy it.

Just bought a copy from a book store on eBay in the UK.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Finally! Can't wait to see what Miller revealed about Thunderdome.

This is THE definitive Mad Max book.

Just a heads up, Amazon(UK) has the kindle version of this currently priced at £1.49 bargain! Not sure how long this will last, but get it while it's cheap.

hopefully not... Mine is scheduled for 2020 with the french editor Rouge Profond. It will be then release in Japan and, I hope, in english.
It will be something like 800 pages... The whole Buckmaster's book, which is a good read, very entertaining (with a few mistakes), is as long as my first part ! :D

Nothing is really revealed in the Thunderdome part, most of the stuff would bring the author to be sued ! :D
