Fabulous build. I really appreciate that you did the engine bay white as was the movie car. Are the door jams white also?

Oh yes, the door jams are white with the exterior colors over sprayed into them, as per the movie car. I will be removing the overspray on the inner front fender lips though. I guess you call them lips. Where the screws are attaching the tops of the front fenders to the car. I will have some more photos in a few days of the reconditioned brake booster and brake fluid reservoir installed along with the modified transmission cross member and reconditioned exhaust manifolds.

She is nearing completion and I will be posting some new photos soon. There was an issue with the transmission linkage and some rather tricky fabrication was needed for the shifter to be in the exact location the shifter would come up through the center console as in a 'normal' XB. The new wiring harness also being sorted out and I am adding a GT gauge cluster which needs to be restored and integrated to run off the cars computer.

Cool, it's surprising how many little things turn out to be big things when you want to do them right ... it'll be worth the effort thoughZoomie wrote:She is nearing completion and I will be posting some new photos soon. I'd have to say your build is very well made. I think the parts were organized neatly. Well done!
