MM2 preproduction vehicle notes?

I could've sworn that the Mad Max Wikia used to have a document on there somewhere which was a scanned preproduction list of the vehicles Miller had requested for Mad Max 2.

I distinctly remember it listed a need for a certain amount of dune buggies, a certain amount of road racers, a certain amount of bikes, a certain amount of tow trucks, etc. That document was the inspiration behind my complete list of Fury Road vehicles, and it would be good to read it again.

Anyone have a copy they could link me to?
